To log in with Smart-ID, you must first connect it to your ZoneID account as a mean of authentication.
Connecting your identity
In order to connect Smart-ID to your ZoneID account, log in to the My Zone admin panel with your username and password, then proceed to Account Settings
> Security
. Enter your password once more.
Next choose Associated identities
.
Click on Connect new external identity with account
and choose Smart ID
.
Choose your country (current options are Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and enter your personal identity number.
The Smart-ID application will open on your smart device.
NB! Before entering your PIN1, make sure the query comes from Zone Media and the four digit number on your screen matches the verification code.
Next, you will see the mean of authentication and the name of the person whose identity will be connected. To connect the identity, choose Continue
.
The identity will be connected to the account and is added to the list of connected identities.
Logging in to My Zone
To log in using Smart-ID, choose My Zone
on the upper right of the Zone website.
You will be directed to the login page with Password
as the default option. To log in with Smart-ID, choose Smart-ID
, enter your personal identity code and click on Enter
.
The Smart-ID application will open on your smart device.

If you entered the PIN1 successfully, you will be logged in.
