In order to change an email account quota on our website choose “My Zone” and log in using your ZoneID account information. Then on the service overview page under web-hosting service click on the shortcut “e-mail”. On the new page under ”E-MAIL ACCOUNTS CURRENTLY IN USE” next to the account which quota you would like to change, click “modify”. In order to save the changes also click “modify”.
ATTENTION! The maximum quota of an email account depends on a web-hosting package. If you don’t have access to the web-hosting service, we suggest you contact the person responsible for your web-hosting management.
